Delivery times will be within 3 to 5 business days. "Les merveilles de Sophie" will not be responsible for any extended delivery times due to holidays, strikes, bank holidays, or any other carrier-related reasons. "Les merveilles de Sophie" apologizes in advance. For any possible delays, "Les merveilles de Sophie" will ask you to contact the carrier in question. So&Line's manufacturing time is 1 to 2 weeks, and delivery times will be within 3 to 5 business days.

 

Shipping will be by post or Colissimo. You will be notified by email, text message, or directly on our website "Les merveilles de Sophie" of the shipment's dispatch and delivery.

 

The exact delivery costs are determined in the order summary based on the weight of the package containing your jewelry, cosmetics, accessories, or clothing.

Cancellation and Refund

Article L.216-2

In the event of a failure by the professional to fulfill their obligation to deliver the goods or provide the service on the date or at the end of the period provided for in the first paragraph of Article L.216-1 or, failing that, no later than thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract, the consumer may terminate the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by written notice on another durable medium, if, after having requested the professional, in the same manner, to make the delivery or provide the service within a reasonable additional period, the latter has not performed within that period. The contract is considered terminated upon receipt by the professional of the letter or written notice informing them of this termination, unless the professional has performed in the meantime.

 

Article L.216-3

 

When the contract is terminated under the conditions set out in Article L.216-2, the professional shall reimburse the consumer for all amounts paid, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the contract was terminated.

Regarding Sophie's Wonders:

 

If you receive your order with damaged packaging, simply send an email directly to lesmerveillesdesophie@outlook.fr, specifying the order number and photos of the items in question. We will only refund the customer if the item(s) are broken upon receipt of the order.

 

We do not refund "Tassel Bar" pendants, as they are personalized.
