1. Track my order: ​Each order is sent an email after shipment, with the tracking number and all shipping information. This email allows you to track your order via the delivery service's website. (Be sure to check your email when placing your order to ensure you receive all related emails.) You can also track your order via your "Les merveilles de Sophie" account in the "Order" section.

2. Jewelry size? The rings are adjustable, and the necklaces are one size, but can be adjusted if necessary to best fit your neck. The bracelets are also one size, some with a hook, others are manually adjustable. All sizing information for "So&Line" is noted in each product description.

 

3. Jewelry care? Simply clean the jewelry gently with a dry cloth.

 

4. LMDS orders received damaged? If your order is received with damaged packaging, simply send an email directly to the following address: lesmerveillesdeSophie@outlook.fr, specifying the order number and photos of the items in question. We will refund the customer only if Item(s) broken upon receipt of the order.
